At Chemfica coaching is at the core of the club. We want willing players. Players that want to both attend training and apply themselves whilst there. These players do and will improve and will come out in top. That is what consistent training does.
Of course there are many players out there who are able to play at our level without training and indeed do play at our level - our club is not for them.
The core themes are:
Emphasis must be on enjoying the games and training rather than just winning. Long term this breeds success.
Encourage an environment where people are not scared of playing and challenging themselves at higher levels. We should not fear failure when challenging ourselves.
Our focus will be in self and team improvement - the winning will follow as it has before for us.
We want to develop and work with good people.
