Monday Night - Boot Camp - Benfield 6;30pm


''The greatest difference between higher and lower standard footballers is their fitness''.

This was a quote from last years 4th team manger Ali Dewar - and hes spot on. When asked how we can improve the over riding answer was  improve fitness of our players. 
We aim to improve and this means get players fitter and able to play at a higher level. The fitness levels of players in the 1st team are higher than last - its no surprise that we have won more games, and got more points already than the whole of last year.

I am expecting a better turn out from all teams for Monday fitness sessions. Its a mindset that we need to work on. Fitness training is a means to an end - the hardest thing is turn up.

Thanks to Chris who has been running the sessions and Lenny too who has offered to run some sessions ensuring that we have variety.
